The City of Bartlett held a welcome reception for City of Memphis Mayor-Elect Paul Young on Monday, at the Bartlett Performing Arts and Conference Center located at 3663 Appling Rd., in Bartlett. The event was hosted by the Suburban Mayors of Shelby County.
