The Bartlett Water Department has a new credit card processing service provider that currently is unable to process recurring credit card payments.
In a notice on the City of Bartlett’s website, credit card information for recurring payments cannot be saved in the city system right now, which may mean some customers don’t realize their payments may be late.
The provider is working to resolve the issue with the city’s Information Technology staff.
Customers can still pay their utility bills via credit card on the city’s online payments portal or over the counter at City Hall. They can also pay their Bartlett Water Department bill via bank draft or by dropping payments with the billing statement in the drop box at City Hall.
The city will notify customers on its website and via social media as soon as the problem resolved.
