In The Commercial Appeal’s annual survey of hundreds of local employers, BCS proudly secured the #3 spot in the large business category for the entire Mid-South.
But that’s not all…
BCS was honored, for the second time, with the VALUES Award and serves as the ONLY organization—not just in education—to receive this prestigious award twice. This award recognizes our district’s strong guiding principles and unwavering integrity. This achievement adds to our previous recognition for both the top TRAINING Award and LEADERSHIP Award, which we have also received twice before.
In addition, Superintendent Dr. David Stephens was invited to serve on a panel of Top Workplace winners, helping lead a discussion on what makes a strong organization. His leadership style and our district’s culture were highlighted as integral parts of BCS’s continued success.
