The Bartlett Express

The Bartlett Express — a community newspaper covering Bartlett, Lakeland, Arlington and parts of Bolton — was founded on June 15, 1978, in Bartlett, Tenn. It is owned by Journal West 10 Media LLC (“JW10”) and is located at 2850 Stage Village Cove, Ste. #5, Bartlett TN 38134.

Sister publications that are also housed at the same office include:

  • The Collierville Independent
  • The Shelby Sun Times (Germantown)
  • The Millington Star

JW10 also prints The Bluejacket, the newspaper for the Navy base in Millington.

JW10’s parent company is Journal Inc., a media conglomerate based in Tupelo, Miss. Journal Inc. owns the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal newspaper, multiple north Mississippi weekly newspapers, the Mississippi Business Journal and JW10 in west Tennessee.

Journal Inc. is owned by the non-profit CREATE Foundation, which is also based in Tupelo, Miss.
