The Arlington Tigers beat Bartlett 53-28 Friday night on the road to improve to 5-4 on the season. Arlington used a 19-0 run in the first quarter to pull away from the Panthers early. Bartlett scored its first touchdown on a 10-yard run from J.J. Vaden. However, Arlington answered and held a 40-21 lead at halftime. Both teams traded touchdowns in the second half. Bartlett running back Marquavis Weaver had 94 rushing yards and two touchdowns, while Vaden added 167 yards and also two touchdowns.
