It is scheduled for completion by April 2017.

Area dignitaries and corporate leaders at the special event included Joe Doherty, president of Olympus Surgical Tech-nologies America; Nacho Abia, president of Olympus Corporation of the Americas; Allen Borden, assistant commissioner, Tennessee Depart-ment of Economic and Community Development; Bartlett Mayor A. Keith McDonald; Shelby County Mayor Mark Luttrell Jr. (invited); and Chris Woods, president of Chris Woods Construction.
