Parade of Homes returns to Mid-South
The West Tennessee Home Builders Association is bringing back a former tradition — the Mid-South Parade of Homes. This 22-home tour spanning the Mid-South will showcase the best of new trends in home design, technology, products and decorating during June 10-26.
“Mid-South residents have a lot to look forward to at this premier event,” said Don Glays, executive director of WestTNHBA. “With 22 homes to tour, there is something for every taste, every lifestyle and every budget. The Parade of Homes is also a great pre-cursor to our VESTA Home Show this fall. For anyone considering building a new home or looking for remodeling ideas, this is a fun way to discover the best of what our local builders and construction industry professionals can do.”
The tour includes a wide variety of homes from starter homes to estate homes, ranging in price starting at $188,000 to $765,000.
This year’s builders include Magnolia Homes, Chamberlain & McCreery, Grant & Co., Dave Moore Companies, Kemmons Wilson Co., Oaklawn Homes, LH Homes, White Oak Construction, Creekside Homes, D & D Custom Homes, Goodwin Homes and Napier Homes.
Tickets to view the homes in the 2016 Mid-South Parade of Homes are complimentary and available at Siano Appliance Distributors and Regions Bank locations in the Mid-South.
Once the tour is completed, tickets will serve as an entry into a drawing for several valuable prizes, including Visa gift cards and home appliance packages courtesy of Siano Appliances.
