Oct. 1 was one of the favorite nights in the Citizens Police Academy in Bartlett. In the photo above, Officer Jessica Laubacker taught defensive tactics and ways to improve personal safety. For demonstration purposes, Alan Young was the good sport who tried to subdue the officer. (Emphasis on “tried.”)
