Robinwood wins national award with high ratings
Robinwood Retirement Resort in Bartlett has been presented with a SeniorAdvisor Excellence Award for receiving consistently high ratings from residents and their families in 2013.
The award is reserved for the top one percent of senior living communities nationwide, according to participating consumers.
SeniorAdvisor.com is a consumer reviews web site established by A Place for Mom (APFM), the nation’s largest senior living referral service, as a way for seniors and their families to share feedback on senior living communities and services. The Excellence Award identifies the top senior living communities who have received an overall average rating of at least 4.5 stars on the site. Award winners were recognized for having the best customer ratings and reviews out of more than 100,000 senior care providers currently on SeniorAdvisor.com.
“We are delighted to receive this distinguished award as we strive hard to provide a clean, friendly, service-oriented environment where our residents can thrive and their families can have peace-of-mind,” said Sue Sigler, marketing director.
Josh Brown of Robinwood said, “This is a distinguished honor, and we very much appreciate those of you who took the time to write reviews and spread the word.”
Mayor McDonald congratulated Robinwood on the award. “It’s pretty good when, your first year of being open and still in the process of leasing space out, to be recognized during that period. It’s really quite an honor.”>
Joy Williams, APFM community relations advisor, said, “I think for Robinwood to capture an award like this says volumes about their customer service.”
