Area home sales show solid growth

The Memphis Area Home Sales Report showed year-over-year home sales growth trends in 2013 for Bartlett, Arlington, and Lakeland.

"It was a very solid year for the local market with sales up almost seven percent and average sales price rising 10.6 percent,” said Greg Glosson, president of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR). “Certainly, it is encouraging as we enter 2014."
