City of Bartlett


The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet in the Assembly Chamber at Bartlett City Hall on Thursday, January 16th, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. for a hearing to consider the following request:

McNeill Commercial Real Estate, 64 Kate Hyde Partners ñ Phillip H. McNeill, property owners, are requesting a variance from Article VI, Section 23 of the Bartlett Zoning Ordinance for a reduction in the minimum 35% green/open space requirement and reduction in the commercial streetscape requirement. The subject property is located on the Northeast corner of Kate Hyde Boulevard and Highway 64 within the ìC-Hî Highway Business Zoning District.

Any citizen who may wish to appear at Bartlett City Hall and testify either for or against this request will be heard. Written comments, either for or against, may be addressed to the attention of Terry Emerick, Director of Planning, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134; and are to be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 16th, 2014.
