Going the Distance

Collierville Town Hall was brimming with state and local leaders Friday morning for a ribbon cutting ceremony for the final segment of Tenn. 385. The new segment is named for former Tennessee Governor Winfield Dunn, who lived in Shelby County when elected governor in 1970. Among those in attendance Friday were Sen. Mark Norris, Sen. Dolores Gresham, Rep. Curry Todd, Rep. Barrett Rich, Fayette County Mayor Rhea Taylor, Piperton Mayor Henry Coats and the Collierville Board of Mayor and Aldermen.026Former Tennessee Governor Winfield Dunn cuts the ribbon officially opening the last segment of 385,  the "Governor Winfield Dunn Parkway"
