Pursuant to the requirements of the State of Tennessee and Ordinances of the City of Bartlett, Tennessee, the following is published and made known to all interested persons: The Bartlett Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet on Tuesday, June 11th, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. in the Bartlett City Hall Council Room to consider the following Resolution 07-13:
Ron Sklar, MARS Development Company, is requesting approval for amendment to Fletcher Hollow PD, Vacant Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 21, 22, 26, 28, 29, 33, 34, 49, 50, 58 and 59, located at Ivy Lake Lane, North side of Ellis Rd, 1/8 mile West of Germantown Parkway. The amendment is to change a requirement previously approved setting minimum building requirements for the houses. One requirement was that front entry garages could not project out in front of the main house, side entry garages could project out from the house front. They are requesting to revise this requirement to allow garages with front facing doors to project out. They would be set back 20 feet from the front property line.
Any citizen who may wish to appear and testify either for or against this resolution will be heard. A copy of this proposal may be seen in the Planning Office at Bartlett City Hall Annex, weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Comments may be addressed to the attention of Mayor A.
