Notice of Public Hearing
The Bartlett Planning Commission will consider the following request at the Planning Commission meeting on Monday, May 6th, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Bartlett City Hall Assembly Chamber.
Ron Sklar, MARS Development Company, is requesting approval for amendment to Fletcher Hollow PD, Vacant Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 21, 22, 26, 28, 29, 33, 34, 49, 50, 58 and 59, located at Ivy Lake Lane, North side of Ellis Rd, 1/8 mile West of Germantown Parkway. The amendment is to change a requirement previously approved setting minimum building requirements for the houses. One requirement was that front entry garages could not project out in front of the main house, side entry garages could project out from the house front They are requesting to revise this requirement to allow garages with front facing doors to project out. They would be set back 20 feet from the front property line.
A copy of this proposal may be seen in the Planning Office at Bartlett City Hall Annex, weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Comments may be addressed to the attention of Terry Emerick, Director of Planning and Economic Development, Bartlett City Hall Annex, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, Tennessee, 38134, and are to be received no later than 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 6th, 2013.
